Fitness at the Y is all about community, which is why we offer a variety of group fitness classes to our members for all ages and ability levels. Offerings include Silver Sneakers, Zumba, Boot Camp, HIIT, Spin, Aquatic Fitness Classes at the Reading YMCA branch, and many more. Offerings vary by location, please contact your branch for additional details.
**During Phase Three of our Reopening Plan, we will be offering group fitness classes at Sinking Spring Family YMCA, Tri Valley YMCA, Adamstown YMCA, and Mifflin Area YMCA.
